1. Who we are

This website, shopshroomies.com, is operated by Shop Shroomies, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@shopshroomies.com. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site and to buy from us. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the products are for your own use. We may ask for proof of age before or after shipping and may cancel orders where age cannot be confirmed.

3. Products

We sell products made by third party brands. Product names, descriptions, images, dosing charts and lab documents are based on the information the manufacturer gives us and on the product label. We check every listing before it goes live, but we do not make the products ourselves. Nothing on this site is medical advice. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Read the label, start with the smallest portion, and talk to a doctor if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition.

4. Legal availability

It is your responsibility to make sure that the products you order can be legally bought, possessed and used at the delivery address. Some categories cannot be shipped to certain states; the current list is in our Shipping Policy. We may cancel and refund orders that cannot be lawfully delivered.

5. Orders and payment

An order is a binding offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by sending a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when stock is unavailable, the price was displayed incorrectly, we suspect fraud, or the delivery address is in a restricted state. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping, which are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers offered at checkout.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping times, costs and state restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Both documents form part of these terms.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied afterwards. Unless a promotion says otherwise, one code per order, codes cannot be combined, and we may end a promotion at any time.

8. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your login. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

9. Reviews and content you submit

By posting a review or sending us content you allow us to use it on the site and in our marketing, without payment and with or without your name. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

10. Intellectual property

The site, its text, images, logos and layout belong to us or to the brands whose products we sell. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.
