Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Some product categories cannot be sent to certain states; the list is at the bottom of this page and is checked again at checkout.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 pm Eastern on a business day usually leave our warehouse within one to three business days. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays. During launches and holiday peaks processing can take a day or two longer; we email you if your order is affected.

Delivery time and cost

Standard delivery takes three to seven business days after dispatch. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders of $49 or more ship free with the standard service.

Tracking

You get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as the label is created. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours. If nothing has moved after five business days, contact us and we open a trace with the carrier.

Packaging

Every order ships in a plain box or mailer with no product names or logos on the outside. The sender name on the label is our fulfilment name, not the product brand.

Age check on delivery

All products are for adults 21 and over. The carrier may ask for ID at the door. Orders that come back to us because the recipient could not confirm their age are refunded minus the shipping cost.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking shows a delivery you did not receive, check with neighbours and your local carrier depot first, then email us within seven days. We work with the carrier on a claim and either resend or refund. For damaged parcels keep the box and packing material and send us photos.

Address errors

Please check the shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incomplete or wrong address can be resent for the cost of new postage.

State restrictions

  • Products containing hemp derived Delta 8 THC cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah or Vermont.
  • Products containing THCA cannot be shipped to Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington or West Virginia.
  • Products containing Amanita muscaria cannot be shipped to Louisiana.
